TOURNATENNIS
COURT UPDATES IN REAL-TIME
Quickly see the status of all your courts. Tournament staff can set the score, change the status, or add comments to courts. This helps everyone understand what is happening at all times and makes keeping track of your tournament easier.
Colors helps easily understand when a court needs your attention. We suggest the following:
Green - players have been sent to the court and/or the match is in progress.
Yellow - match is likely to go (or is already in) a 3rd set.
Red - something is causing a delay/preventing the court from being used.
Grey - court is open
Green outline - issue is being addressed
ORGANIZE YOUR TEAM BY ROLE
Have all your team members join your tournament and you can assigned them a role to make communicating easier.
EASIER COMMUNICATION
Send messages to the entire team, individual, or specific groups. No need to gather and keep track of everyone's phone number.
Now you don’t have to disrupt the players by talking on walkie-talkies or your phone. Plus, you don’t have to ask the staff to repeat themselves or wait for you to finish checking someone in at the tournament desk since everything is recorded for you to view when you have the time.
mobile and web versions available
TournaTennis is available on both iOS (iPhones) and Android platforms for when you’re on the move. If the tournament desk has a computer that they prefer to use, there is a web version available too.
